As a mom of three, I took a sabbatical from the business world of real estate to raise my children.  During that time, I spent the early years battling one of my son’s food allergies and eczema.  I learned a lot and made it a point to live a clean lifestyle, from food to skin care.   My daughter developed a severe allergic reaction to mosquito bite, which left large welts on her body.  I was determined to find something that was deet-free and safe for my family.  I bought everything on the market, and I just couldn’t find anything that was efficient enough.  I was also out a lot of money; from products I could not return once used. 

I started researching and I found myself experimenting with essential oils. Once I found the right combination, I would mix it on a paper plate with olive oil and left it on top my refrigerator for quick access.  Who knew my first packaging would be a paper plate? As time went on, I found grapeseed oil was a much better carrier oil!  I shared this with friends and family when they came over.  Received requests from other moms on the soccer field, neighbors on the lake, etc.  They loved it as much as I did. My friends and family encouraged me to bottle and sell it.  It took me six years to do it, but I finally did. That is how Buzz Blocker® originated.
